We adopt casting technologies not only SODIUM SILICATE(water glass) , but also SILICA GEL,with some major advanced equipment .Our main products include stainless steel, various carbons steel, low alloy, alloy & tool steel investment castings for various machine ***re parts : hardware tooling , textile machine , architecture , car , motorcycle , computerized flat knitting machine , socks machine , medicine machine ,industry sewing machine etc. Our capacity of output reaches one million and six hundred thousand parts monthly .We currently sell our products to domestic market and Japan ,U.S.A , Europe countries etc.
The chemical composition of casting is analysed by Germany spectrometer befor pouring.Only when the composition of liquid steel is up to the specification ,pouring is proceeded. And specimens and analyse reports will be kept for inspection anytime.
